Delivery and Pick Up Policies

Home Deliveries:

Deliveries are typically made within 2-3 days of ordering you will be contacted to set up a delivery date and approximate time. We try our best to work with your busy schedule and deliver when you will be home. If there is a chance you will not be home for a delivery it is recommended that you set a cooler or other such container at the delivery location to aid in keeping your produce or meats cool when possible.

Market and Drop Site Pick Ups:  

You will receive a reminder of your scheduled pick up date and location. if you will not be able to make it to your pick up please let us know ASAP.  If you missed a pick up without notifying the farm  you may pick up from the farm within 24 hours. We are not liable for the condition of produce or meats from missed pickups tho we will make every effort to keep your items in the best condition possible. After 24 hours uncollected items will be donated. If your items are donated you will not qualify for refund or reimbursement of any kind.

Apparel Shipping: 

Most orders ship USPS first class and are made and shipped in 2-4 days. If you Need it sooner let us know and we will see if we can make it happen.
