Bok Choi is one of those things that you love it or you don't know how to use it. One of the more unique things in the field at the moment and the most beautiful. Part of the brassicas family this cabbage has a rich flavor and can be used in many ways.
My Favorite and one of the simplest ways being stir fry. I am a pretty good cook or so people say but I am the kind of cook that doesn't use measurements. I've been married over a decade and have only made 2 bad meals so id say this works for me. but I know that isn't the case for everyone so I will give approximate measurements and feel free to adjust to your liking.
Oil 2-3. table spoons( I used avocado and sesame)*
Soy Sauce 2-4 table spoons to taste
